Hot-Spot presents restaurant Balzac - place of pure hedonism!
Balzac restaurant was opened on November 15th 2005th. Interior was done by famous Belgrade architect Aleksandar Saša Mijatović.
Concept of interior and the whole "restaurant story" is hedonism. That is the reason why they named it after famous writer Onore de Balzac, who was great gourmet and hedonist.He was very fond, not only of food, but the good wine and more better coffee. Rewievers claim he wasn't only writing, but eating for four. Paris,the town where he lived, is famous by wine-bars, among other things. Because of that, they decided to offer our fellowcitizens, the possibility of wine tasting: wines in restaurant's card can be served by glass (0.1l). If you are unfamiliar or unresolved, restaurant kind staffs is there for you - to recommend, combine with food, and take you on a journey through world's most famous wine regions.
